Account Executive
Location: Remote (with travel to live events)
Type: Full-Time, Candidate must live in the US, close to a major airport preferred

About the Role
We seek a high-performing account executive to join our dynamic and fast-growing coaching and event organization. This role is the front line and entrance point into our various coaching programs. It serves as the primary sales gateway to our coaching program clients.
- This is a sales job; therefore, you are expected to make outbound calls, send emails, and texts all day. Our prospects are primarily reached via phone, email, and text. So if you are unwilling to do outreach, we are not the place for you.
- You are hunting for new business, which means that you are working new accounts all day long, so you gotta love the hunt, make it fun, and work your plan daily.
- The work starts and stops with you. We have created a culture where every employee is set up to win, but you must have initiative, drive, desire, and grit to perform. We create the culture, but every employee is expected to do their job, and yours is to bring in sales.
- Our database and CRM is bustling with leads asking to work with us, so you will be calling on business owners and professionals who have raised their hands to learn more about our services.
Job Overview:
The sole responsibility of the Sales Account Executive is to grow the coaching and event book of business through outbound calls, emails, and texts to contact and cultivating and maintaining relationships with our leads We have a massive database of RIA and have new leads coming in monthly, so you will be calling potential clients that are familiar with us and our work, and have raised their hands to start a conversation with us.
You’ll be required and responsible for daily identifying, researching, and contacting qualified leads in our database.
You’ll engage in conversations with various RIAs within our database and connect and converse with them about their business needs and the benefits of working with the firm. We help a RIA (Registered Investment Advisor add Tax Planning Services to their practices.
In short, you’re in the business of change management, which means being able to connect with the right prospects and tell our story to them so they choose to use our services by moving them to yes.. You must be comfortable with ethical persuasion and have a passion for helping others adopt a better lifestyle and alternative revenue streams to their practices. We know we are the best at what we do, and we need you to help tell others.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adept computer skills, including proficiency with cloud software
- Experience with CRM applications preferred
