Location: Remote (U.S.-based), travel to our events and other industry events, plus assist the team in manning our trade show booths at shows we are exhibiting at, as well as an annual company meeting, is mandatory

Your Role:
- Connect with Home Improvement Company owners to discuss joining our coaching and mastermind programs based on the size and revenue of their businesses. This will be done through a discovery call, a diagnostic assessment, a recommendation, and an invitation to our community.
- Drive outbound sales activity via phone, text, email, and social—no excuses. Yes, there will be inbound leads and appointments added to your calendar, but you are the captain of your own ship, and we want you to constantly build and source your own pipeline, as well as the leads that marketing creates for you.
- Communicate client feedback, industry intelligence, and objections clearly with leadership and fulfillment teams.
- Work and collaborate with our marketing team to provide them with information from sales calls and help maximize our marketing efforts.
- Share industry trends and insights weekly to influence strategy and drive conversions.
- Report daily on pipeline, KPIs, and wins. This is a performance-driven environment.
The Must-Haves:
- 2+ years in outbound B2B or consultative sales
- Past experience selling in the Home Improvement and/or Home Services Industry
- Proven closer and quota achiever (show us the scoreboard)
- Strong communicator—verbal and written
- Self-motivated, coachable, gritty
- CRM savvy (we’ll know if you’re faking it)
- Open to following our playbook, following our system, and maximizing it to win more deals
