Your Role:

  • Connect, communicate, and lead your team, conduct call reviews and coaching sessions that drive performance, coach up high performers, and create action and coaching plans to improve low performers   
  • Drive sales through your team’s production.
  • Communicate with your team, obtain client feedback, and share with leadership and marketing; gather industry intelligence; learn from the objections and the team; and clearly communicate this to leadership and fulfillment teams.
  • Must be knowledgeable in marketing services, publishing, and PR, and be able to help salespeople see the possibilities and benefits of our services to help our clients use them to grow their business and practice
  • Share sales tips and skills,  industry trends, and insights weekly to influence sales and drive conversions.
  • Report daily on pipeline, KPIs, and wins. This is a performance-driven environment.

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related preferred
  • 2+ years in marketing B2B sales or consultative sales
  • Past experience selling marketing services, PR
  • Proven closer and quota achiever (show us the scoreboard)
  • Strong communicator—verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, coachable, gritty
  • CRM savvy (we’ll know if you’re faking it)
  • Open to following our playbook, following our system, and maximizing it to win more deals
