About the Role
- Connect with Home Improvement Company owners, Investors, Flippers, Property Managers, and others to discuss using our cabinets.
- Drive outbound sales activity via phone, text, email, and social—no excuses. Yes, you are the captain of your own ship, and we want you to consistently build and source your own pipeline.
- Communicate client feedback, industry intelligence, and objections clearly with leadership and fulfillment teams.
- Follow up like there is no tomorrow to drive sales.
- Share best practices with the team to help everyone grow and prosper.
- Report daily on pipeline, KPIs, and wins. This is a performance-driven environment.
The Must-Haves
- 2+ years in a heavy outbound B2B or consultative sales
- Past experience selling in the Home Improvement and/or Home Services Industry, or a product
- Proven closer and quota achiever (show us the scoreboard)
- Strong communicator—verbal and written
- Self-motivated, coachable, gritty
- CRM savvy (we’ll know if you’re faking it)
- Open to following our playbook, following our system, and maximizing it to win more deals
