About the Role
The Coach Blueprint is a fast-growing, service-driven coaching and educational organization for the home inspector community. In this role, you'll enroll home inspectors in our coaching programs and membership community — with success measured by how many members you enroll each month and quarter.
You'll do well here if you love a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems on the fly, and genuinely get energy from helping others succeed.
What You'll Do
Sales
- Reach out daily to prospects and members to schedule discovery and enrollment calls
- Turn client and market feedback into program improvements
- Run discovery calls and enrollment calls
- Close and enroll new clients
Training & Daily Duties
- Learn our training programs inside and out, and clearly explain our value to prospects
- Take part in daily sales training to keep sharpening your craft
- Update the CRM daily, complete end-of-day reports, and review calls
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years in sales with a coaching or mastermind company
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills
- Experience with multi-touch sales and the discovery process
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
- Strong math and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Able to travel as needed
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Experience closing sales and driving outbound production
- Background in coaching, consulting, or membership organizations
- Familiarity with the REI or Home Improvement industries
- Comfortable with G Suite, CRMs, and sales technology
- Experience prospecting and selling via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Familiarity with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless, or similar tools
- Comfortable using AI and prompts to support sales

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly base stipend Fixed
- Commission Per sale
- Performance-based bonus opportunities Variable
