Your Role
- Follow up on red-hot inbound leads (calendar booked calls & opt-ins)
- Drive outbound sales activity via phone, text, email, and social — no excuses
- Communicate client needs and objections clearly with leadership and fulfillment teams
- Share industry trends and insights weekly to influence strategy and drive conversions
- Report daily on pipeline, KPIs, and wins — this is a performance-driven environment
The Must-Haves
- 1+ years in outbound B2B or consultative sales and high-ticket closing
- Proven closer — show us the scoreboard
- Strong communicator, verbal and written
- Self-motivated, coachable, gritty
- CRM savvy — we'll know if you're faking it
