Your Role:
- Lead structured, high-impact 30-minute sales appointments with disciplined call control, conducting thorough business/impact discovery, identifying gaps, applying consultative and problem-solution selling methodologies (including GAP selling principles), and executing strong, confident closing strategies
- Drive sales through 6-8 daily appointments on your calendar, AND/OR outbound calls to drive additional sales and successful special projects.
- Communicate client feedback, industry intelligence, and objections clearly with leadership and fulfillment teams.
- Must be knowledgeable in marketing services, publishing and PR, and be able to help clients see the possibilities and benefits of our services to help them grow their business and practice
- Attend weekly check-ins with the manager, call reviews, and team sales meetings
Report daily on pipeline, KPIs, and wins. This is a performance-driven environment.
The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related preferred
- 2+ years in marketing B2B sales or consultative sales
- Past experience selling marketing services, PR
- Proven closer and quota achiever (show us the scoreboard)
- Strong communicator—verbal and written
- Self-motivated, coachable, gritty
- CRM savvy (we’ll know if you’re faking it)
- Open to following our playbook, following our system, and maximizing it to win more deals
