We’re adding one more person to our sales team.
Specifically: an Author Development Coach / High-Ticket Closer.
This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales role.
Our core team has been with me for 10+ years, and this person would be stepping into a well-established, well-dialed-in ecosystem.
Here’s the situation:
We’re generating more qualified calls than we can currently handle from low ticket sales, my books, workshops and content.
That’s a good problem.
It also means it’s time to bring in the right person, not just another setter/closer.
You’d be talking to:
• Coaches
• Consultants
• Experts
• Business owners
Who already want a book, authority, and a backend strategy that actually makes money.
No convincing. (Sure, you will have to help them to take action, but these are people who already want it.)
No arm-twisting.
These are real conversations with smart people making real decisions.
What you’d be doing:
• Coaching authors through the decision process
• Selling premium offers ($10k–$100k+ range)
• Helping people align their book with their business goals
• Closing the right people with clarity and a guaranteed offer
What matters most:
• You’ve sold high-ticket for 2+ years
• You’re calm, confident, and strategic
• You actually like people
On target earnings are $150k+
Leads are handled and your calendar will be filled
Process is built.
Team culture is solid.
This is not for everyone. That’s intentional.
