- This is a sales job; therefore, you are expected to make outbound calls, send emails and texts all day. Our prospects are reached via the phone; sure, there are some emails, but the phone is where the money is made. So if you are unwilling to make the calls, we are not your place.
- You are hunting for new business, which means that you are working new accounts all day long, yes it is a grind, so you gotta love the hunt, make it fun and work your plan daily,

Job Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is to grow the consulting book of business through outbound calls, emails, and texts but mostly calls to contact and cultivating and maintaining relationships with ICP’s
You’ll be required and responsible for daily identifying, researching, and contacting qualified leads in our database.
You’ll engage in conversations with various positions within your target customer’s business and connect and converse with them about their business needs and the benefits of working with the firm. We help a small to midsize business grow and sell more.
In short, you’re in the business of change management, so that means being able to connect with the right prospects and tell our story to them so they choose to use us. You must be ok with ethical persuasion and have a passion to help others change to a better alternative. We know we are the best at what we do, and we need you to help tell others.
Here are some skills you will need to do the job
- You must be curious and able to ask questions and truly listen to the answers.
- You must care about others.
- You must have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.

- Adept computer skills, including proficiency with cloud software
- Experience with CRM applications preferred
